The Suntree Petite Academy (SPA) environment combines play with rich learning experiences that builds self-confidence, social skills, and academic readiness in a loving, nurturing and caring environment for children six weeks old and up.
Your child develops over half of their overall IQ by age three. This is an incredibly important time for learning and social development. That's why SPA utilizes the Pinnacle Curriculum. The Pinnacle Curriculum provides excellent activities to foster the development and education of young children, while the TTS Curriculum is the best available system for teaching sign language and Spanish to young children. SPA offers multi-cultural and developmentally appropriate materials and equipment.
We are dedicated to meeting the needs and interests of each individual child and to provide them with educational and developmental opportunities to prepare for success both academically and in life.
In this fast changing world we also understand the importance of technology introduction at a very young age. To this end we have developed a computer lab to compliment the curriculum instruction and teach computing at the earliest of ages possible.
SPA has developed learning centers for dramatic play, creative art, science, quiet reading, language arts, blocks and puzzles; that provide your child the opportunity to explore independently
and confidently.
Your child's progress is continually evident in your child's emotional growth, social skills, verbal communication, intellectual awareness, and physical capability. We conduct regularly scheduled ASQ Assessments and communicate regularly with you about your child's progress and development.
